MM&D - Level Select Screen

As part of the UI updates, we now have a new & improved level select screen! Levels scroll across the bottom, display in the larger part of the screen (tap on the larger image to play that level), and the scarabs a player has achieved for each level is shown below (where the yellow squares are).

Obviously everything here is in progress and filled with placeholders, but I'm really happy with the new layout. Vastly better than the old list format!
